How do I qualify for volume discounting?
Each manufacturer has different pricing tiers which we pass along to you. To find out specific volume discounting tiers for your order click the "volume discounting" button on any given product.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact your Account Manager or the
Customer Service Department during normal business hours. The order may
be cancelled without penalty unless the product has already shipped.
What methods of payment does LED Lighting Wholesale Inc. accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are
accepted. Payment by cashier's check, money order, or personal check are
also acceptable providing the order is placed directly with an Account
Manager. Please note an order paid with a personal check will be held
until all funds are available resulting in an order processing delay of
up to 3-weeks.
How do I get my tracking information?
We work hard to keep
you informed. As soon as your product ships from our warehouse, we
forward the shipping information to your email or to your preferred contact.
How fast can LED Lighting Wholesale Inc. deliver my order?
Provided all product ordered is in stock, orders typically deliver in 5
to 7 business days. For more immediate delivery needs, please contact an
Account Manager to confirm product availability and shipping method
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses in New Jersey and California allow for quick delivery to anywhere in the United States.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the order.
